How to Create Or Upload Contacts In Ampala WhatsApp API CRM

  • Step 1 – Go To Dashboard 
  • Step 2- Click On Contacts
  • Step 3- Create New Stage ( For Example : NEW_DATA )

There is 4 ways to upload contact in Ampala CRM portal, all the steps mentioned below.

1. Single Entry Contact

  • Step 1 – Go To Dashboard 
  • Step 2- Click On Contacts
  • Step 3- Create New Stage ( For Example : NEW_DATA )
  • Step 4 – Click On ADD COTACT Button

2. Import From Excel

  • Step 1 – Go To Dashboard 
  • Step 2- Click On Contacts
  • Step 3- Create New Stage ( For Example : NEW_DATA )
  • Step 4 – Click And Download Format  Click here to download excel import format.
  • Step 5- Fill the data in excel
  • Step 6- Make sure Stage field filled.
  • Step 7 – Click On Upload Option, Upload Excel
  • Step 8- Click On Process

3. Raw Copy Data Past From Excel

  • Step 1 – Go To Dashboard 
  • Step 2- Click On Contacts
  • Step 3- Create New Stage ( For Example : NEW_DATA )
  • Step 4 – Click On Import Button
  • Step 5- Clicn on Click here to insert raw contact data.
  • Step 6- Give a single Name to all contact
  • Step 7 – Select Stage ( Where you want to store this data )
  • Step 8- Assign data to any user
  • Step 9- Mention any tags ( remark).
  • Step 10 – Copy data from excel and past in contct field
  • Step 11- Click on Create contact button

4. Upload Through Google Sheet

  • Step 1 – Go To Dashboard
  • Step 2- Click On Contacts
  • Step 3- Create New Stage ( For Example : NEW_DATA )
  • Step 4 – Click On Import Button
  • Step 5- Create a New google sheet with the format 
  • Step 6- Clicn on Configure google sheet
  • Step 7 – Select Module -> Contact
  • Step 8 – Give Google sheet url
  • Step 9 – Google sheet name *
  • Step 10 – Click On Submit
